Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
More often than not, we are able to resolve issues quickly by working through some trouble-shooting with you. When you raise a ticket you may be contacted to go through some trouble-shooting so please bear in mind that you will need to be able to access the screen (therefore the ticket should be raised by someone who has access to the screen, OR when submitting a ticket, provide details of someone who does - when raising a ticket you will be given an option of adding a collaborator provide their details in this section).
